At the outset, I don't liked this part of sociology in reality, but in practice and support to counterpart, in this case "Fundación Juntos Contigo", that we were succesful understood, with my group, the use that have is very important to transform reality, especially in context of poverty and exclusion.
In policy publics we have class about models of policys facts in the twentieth century, constructed principally in Europe and EEUU, also we have class or workshop about our investigations with the counterpart. While any person thinking (and me, in the beginning) this was going into too much boring and bureaucratic, to us it helped us to understand well how to address the problems they were living, in this case, the "target population" that was inmiscuida. Our counterpart "Together with You" helped and guided transgender children and adolescents who are in the process of assuming their gender or sex change, either psychologically or hormonally.
I remember that the most complicated thing to do was the so-called "problem tree", where we had to separate in dimensions and subdimensions a series of causes and effects of any intervention that was made on the problem we were seeing: that was the attention in public centers of Health in the Metropolitan Region of Santiago.
